Welcome
My name is Lorraine. I am a therapeutic counsellor offering a safe, non-judgmental, empathic and understanding environment for people to explore their thoughts, feelings and emotions.
People have always found it easy to talk to me and share with me their concerns and issues. I trained to become a therapeutic counsellor so that I have a solid , academic and professional basis from which to offer guidance and support.
I understand how issues such as anxiety, depression, stress, bereavement, career issues and unfulfilling relationships can cause disruption in your life and leave you feeling exhausted and unhappy.
Together we can explore the issues that hold you back and find client led solutions to help you move on in your life.
Lorraine Jarman MBACP Dip Therapeutic Counsellor

Social Anxiety or Social Phobia
A fear of being in social situations even if you know the people, it can limit confidence, this impacts on behaviour, thoughts and feelings limiting a positive outcome.
